My Ads stopped working. Can you help me?

Yes, absolutely! Decrease in results could be due to creative fatigue, an issue with your website sending relevant information to Meta's servers, increased competition in your category, etc. We love a good mystery, and we're here to solve it! Bringing an account back to life is our bread and butter.

How do you report on Campaign Performance?

We use clear, actionable reports that anyone off the streets can understand. We do not bury information under fancy metrics- we stick to the money needle movers (KPI). Some common terms you will see reported are- CTR (Click Through Rate), Conversion Rates, CPL (Cost Per Lead), etc. We explain what these mean and exactly what they mean for your business.

Reports go out Fridays weekly for the first three months, then move to monthly. At any time you can request to stay on weekly reports.

What is your Communication process?

Communication is our PRIORITY.

You meet your Project Manager during Onboarding, who will be your direct point of contact. You will have meetings with them as well as any other strategist working on your campaigns periodically, if any large changes with your business are coming up (like Black Friday.. or a re-branding!) or upon request.

Your project manager will be reachable by email and text message, and we respond to your inquiries as fast as possible.

What Pricing Model and Contract Term do you offer?

Our pricing is based on a Monthly Retainer. You will pay a higher price your first month (Onboarding) as there is an unimaginable amount of work to be done connecting accounts, learning everything there is to you know about your business, deep diving into researching your ideal client (IC), build an IC portfolio, and then creating ads that appeal to your IC. The Onboarding month price depends on what pieces you already have - business page, ads manager, email list, creative (images & videos), etc.

Contract Terms are minimal. We politely ask that you commit to a minimum of three months with us at the start... but if you want to leave at any time, we will happily walk away as friends. No penalties, no refunds.

Our three month minimum is based on a standard amount of time that Meta Ads take to start working very well for businesses, and we truly believe if you are going to invest in ads that you need to see it through to when the sun starts really shining.

Does Facebook require a minimum Ad Spend?

Yes, they require a minimum of $1/ day to run ads.

We require a minimum of $1,000/ month to manage your ads. We encourage larger spend.

What is Ad Spend vs Retainer?

Retainer is what you pay an Ads Manager (Us) to build and manage your campaigns and funnels.

Ad Spend is money directly paid the the Facebook platform for them to allow you to run ads.
